I joined in on the "Influence Map" chorus thats been going around over the past summer- learnt a lot about myself doing it- you all should give one a shot, a super interesting exercise, even if its just jotting down each influence on a scrap of paper.
And it's especially fun looking at everyone elses influence maps- I think most of which can be easily found on twitter?

OMG Richard Scarry! I used to just go into a mouth-breathing stupor staring into the details in his Berenstein Bears books!
